    Ludii of AeRo.

The Imperial patron is the individual who holds the contract the Ludus. They are responsible for the Lanista as all Ludii are controlled during this time. Technically, all gladiators were also owned by Caesar. However, in  AeRo we are permitting people to own and patronage gladiators while the Ludii (Gladiatorial schools) are all owned by Caesar. Each Ludus has an Imperial Client (Equite) who manages the Ludii. The Lanista is hired (or the Imperial client) who will train the gladiators and so on.

Players who take on the Imperial client canons are able to create Wanteds to fill in the various roles.

    Loose Guide

An Imperial Patron holds the contract. There is competition to keep and to maintain the various contracts.
A Lanista is the trainer of gladiators.
A Doctore is the supervisor, usually a former gladiator himself.
Primus: The champion or the most successful gladiator of the ludus.
Medicus: Slave or freedmen responsible to keep them freed.
Gladiators: Whether owned by Caesar or by others who are currently in training.
