I was born in a hospital with a window looking up to the Acropolis and brought up on a road with olive trees for shade.

Went to a public school in the 8os, when the kids were still expected to be fluent in Latin and ancient Greek.

My first crush punched me right in the chest to pass me a hint since I was so dense that light bent around me. She could have knocked me out with a feather.

Somehow I failed to internalize lessons on austerity, efficiency and overall life shrewdness. I decided to commit sociology instead.

I heard the economy scream. It was glorious, but I wonder how they convinced me it was all my fault.
