    AeRo is mostly AU after Caligula. However, the births of a few important dates were put in place to assist in working out ages, etc.

    • Anti-Clemens sentiment rises among the people once more in his absence. Senator Gnaeus Juventius Geta pushes the senate to declare a consultus ultimum, empowering the consul. The Praetorians don't accept the consul's authority and defeat the vigiles, led by Praefectus Urbi Marcus Messalla. Messalla is executed.

    • Along with the admittance of Gallic nobles, Claudius also extends citizenship to all Aeudi (tribe within Roman Gaul).
    • Gallic nobleman Titus Aetius Stilicho and his son Fluvius become senators.
    • Titus Imperius Gurges is furious with this decision, considers it debasing the Senate.

    • Quintus Caesar begins the campaign season by marching north into Gaul, routing the German incursions and beating them back into Germania. He personally visits each legionary fort along the Rhine. While in-country, he reorganizes the legions and replenishes them by granting citizenship to various allies and provincials, and creating new citizen-cohorts from their numbers. He gives them promises of land in Britannia and beyond the Rhine. The German Legions are given orders to shore their defenses and prepare for attacks beyond the Rhine into German territories

    • Ysulda approaches Quintus and trades Eppitacos in exchange for peace between the Brigantes and Rome (her plan is to consolidate her power before pushing out Rome all together). Quintus agrees, and takes Eppitacos as his prisoner in Conolia.
