Question about first characters

I'm looking around, and thinking about joining (which is a good thing, right?) and hope I'm posting this in the right place...

I'm curious to know what the experiences of the board are regarding the type/position of characters it's easiest to get threads for - I don't want to make my first character a slave, say, only to find that it would have been easier to get threads with a senator, or someone just starting his political career, or almost anyone else! And are there any particular types of characters really wanted/needed - or not wanted?

Hey Sharpie- welcome When it comes to characters we have all levels of society being played so you should have no problem finding characters to interact with. Most character types are wanted on the site, and it depends on the sort of RP you are currently looking for at the moment. We have Wanteds, Canons and original characters that you can play. Members are also more than welcome to have multiple characters as well.
