As his arm wrapped around her, she leaned down so that they were closer and kissed him again. He felt her hands on his hips and smiled, leaning down to press a kiss to her lips before he sat up on his knees again. Alexius liked it like this. He really wasn't picky and she felt so good. Judging by her sounds and moans and the way her body trembled beneath him, he thought he was bringing her to the edge and to her climax. Alexius wanted that. He had to control himself to not finish before she did, but luckily he was used to a lot of this and he could control himself. If he hadn't had sex in weeks or maybe months, he might not have lasted so long, but he had stamina and self-control enough for this. Her skin was flushing and she was right now the most beautiful woman in the world to Alexius. When he commented that it wasn't bad at all, she called that an understatement and he chuckled, "It sure is." He said and slid away from her, but only to get their cups and make sure to fill them both with wine from the pitcher - there wasn't much left though. He handed her one of them and sat down near her on the bed, still undressed and feeling good about it. Alexius had never been shy and he wasn't now either, "I'm glad you enjoyed it too. Maybe... we can see each other again another time." Alexius said, looking at her, hoping she wouldn't mind that. Gods, what about Oriana? Maybe he just shouldn't tell her about this. He had been very good since they declared their feelings for each other and spoke about the jealousy they might feel. And as long as she wasn't married, he doubted she would sleep around. Alexius had not done it either, until now... it had to happen at some point, right? She could not expect a man like Alexius to keep it in forever for her, especially not when he had already told her he might not be able to. And it happened with Annis. A gladiatrix, of course. "Of course. Come and see me anytime." Annis had had a few loves in her lifetime, but none of them had lasted. She wasn't one to have lasting connections unless someone really went above and beyond. Even though she had enjoyed her time with Alexius, the fact that he had paid to have her lingered in her mind. Perhaps this was just how he got off, with strong women like gladiatrices. Alexius hoped she wouldn't just see him as any other Roman, who came here to just have his way with her and then leave. He had wanted to meet her and the sex was just a bonus, for him. A very great bonus and benefit, that he could not help but enjoy so much that he wanted more. But it wouldn't be right now. Annis however told him he could come and see her anytime and he nodded, "I may. I visit your ludus to meet Thessala, after all. It could be fun to spar with the both of you, actually." He said and ran his hands over her long legs one last time, before he stood to get dressed once more. It was such a pity that such good women and warriors had to be slaves, he thought again. She could do so much more than that, but here she was. He would see her again, he was sure of it. And maybe he would just not tell Oriana about this and if she didn't know, she could not be upset over it. Alexius wasn't in love with Annis, after all. She was just a friendly and fun and attractive woman, who had thought the same about him. He finished getting dressed and downed the wine he poured before, then came over to give her one last kiss, "Until next time, Annis."
